KOMRAUS is a London Live Music Project mixing trip-hop music with cinematic universes, jazz touches and epic lyrics. Komraus wants to bring those secrets, passions, and intimacy to the music world.

Komraus is a project conformed by successful professional musicians with the need of bringing solid and intimate live performances to the audience in order to unleash their senses.

Its Debut single- If I Am Dreaming- will be on the 15th of December through AWAL, followed by a series of other singles and album in 2018.

KOMRAUS members have played  before at Ronnie Scott's, Cargo in London, Amnesia Ibiza, Pacha Madrid, played with Jose Padilla from Cafe del Mar, worked with Steve Honest (Michael Jackson and Prince), with Steve Orchard (Grammy Awarded producer), with Metropolis Studios, John Robertson (Morcheeba, Grace Jones), appeared Live at Nine, the musical movie with Penelope Cruz and Danny Day Lewis,... among others.

With a wide repertoire of over an hour and musical experience of more than 15 years and having performed all over Europe, Komraus brings a unique sound that makes its audience dream and face their most bright an obscure territories.

Powerful lyrics that talk about human desires, fears and truth, empowered by a magical and intriguing music production.

Previous works played in worldwide Radio stations (Kiss FmAustralia, Radio1 France), Ibiza dance floors and the Music Videos on VirginMedia, PlayStation and SbTv.



More about SARA RIOJA: She studied Jazz in the EMC, Madrid, Spain and graduated in singing by the Royal Academy of Music, London. When she was 18 years old she started composing and performing Live for theatre, musical theatre, jazz and electronic music, touring all main venues in Europe. 

She has also created and performed several happenings/performaces in Galleries and Festivals, such as Mnos 1, SO Gallery London, Sala Caracol or Torello Festival.

She is based in London, where she has developed her career for the last 7 years, played and worked with some of the top musicians and producers, such as Samer Sharawi, John Robertson (Morcheeba and Garce Jones), Max Heyes (Primal Scream and La Roux), Metroppolis Studios and Abbey Road Studios. She has lectured in big Institutions, such as BIMM London or Point Blank for several years.


More about GIUSEPPE GRONDONA: he  graduated in drums and percussion at the Conservatory of Music when he was 21 years old. He performed as a contemporary percussionist at New York University and in Paris, and has toured and recorded as a drummer throughout Italy.

He’s performed with household names such as Tormento (Sottotono) and shared the same stage with Coolio, Simply Red, Eric Clapton, Pink and many others. In 2009, Giuseppe played with the band performing in the movie ‘Nine’, inspired by Federico Fellini’s ‘8½’, and directed by Rob Marshall.

More recently, Giuseppe has played with the Maurizio Grondona Group in Los Angeles at the ‘Thursday Night Vibe’ show, produced in conjunction with 94.7 The Wave, smooth jazz radio station, and at the ‘Los Angeles-Indie Music/Film International Summit 2012’.

He also lectures at BIMM London, former Drum Tech School for the last 10 years.


More about MIGUEL RAMIRES: he is a London based multi instrumentalist and DJ, who studied classical piano in the Conservatory of Music and Jazz piano at the Escola das Artes in Portugal. He also studied music production and sound design, which took him into Djing and playing piano live at clubs and electronic music venues.

He started playing when he was 16 years old in several rock and jazz bands. With an eclectic taste and an experimental soul he soon started to play and Deejay at some of the best clubs in Portugal, where he has been a resident DJ and musician for several years. Among other venues, he has played at Lei Seca Club (Lisboa), Cozy Club (Lisboa), Nordik Club (Faro).

For the last years he has worked as well in fashion shows like the Nelbet Fashion Show, as a composer and as a music producer for Intimist. As a sound designer he has recently worked at the Victoria and Albert Museum (London) for the theatrical piece 'Unboxing Metis' by Pedro Caxade based on Silvia Weidenbach art work.
